Job Description
Apex Resources are currently seeking experienced and reliable Class 1 HGV Drivers for overnight trunking work. This role involves minimal manual handling, with duties typically including depot-to-depot deliveries, trailer swaps, or drop & collect runs.
Pay: £18ph week nights, £19ph weekends with £25.50 overnight allowance
Key Responsibilities:

Driving Class 1 vehicles on planned routes overnight
*
Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods
*
Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any defects
*
Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery logs
*
Adhering to all tachograph and driving regulations
Requirements:
*
Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
*
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*
Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience preferred
*
Good understanding of UK driving and road regulations
*
A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
