Job Description
The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK.
HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers required to work from Leeds LS10
Type of Work
Store delivery fridge work using roller cages.
Average 4–5 drops per day.
Deliveries with no manual handling.
Ongoing work until at least September/October.
Shift Patterns
✅ 5 shifts per week
✅ Or set shift pattern: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
(Drivers on this pattern receive £1 extra per hour)
Average shift length: 10–12 hours
Pay Rates (PAYE)
Standard Pay – Drivers:
* Mon–Fri Days: £16.00 PAYE / £18.40 inc Holiday
* Mon–Fri Nights: £17.00 PAYE / £19.55 inc Holiday
* Saturday Days: £18.00 PAYE / £20.70 inc Holiday
* Saturday Nights: £19.00 PAYE / £21.85 inc Holiday
* Sunday/Bank Holiday Days: £20.00 PAYE / £23.00 inc Holiday
* Sunday/Bank Holiday Nights: £21.00 PAYE / £24.15 inc Holiday
Special Weekend Pattern Bonus (+£1 per hour):
* Friday Day: £17.00 PAYE / £19.55 inc Holiday
* Friday Night: £18.00 PAYE / £20.70 inc Holiday
* Saturday Day: £19.00 PAYE / £21.85 inc Holiday
* Saturday Night: £20.00 PAYE / £23.00 inc Holiday
* Sunday Day: £21.00 PAYE / £24.15 inc Holiday
* Sunday Night: £22.00 PAYE / £25.30 inc Holiday
Requirements
All applicants must hold a current HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence, Digi Card, and Driver Qualification Card (DQC).
Minimum 2 years’ HGV experience required.
No more than 6 points (SP30/SP50 only).
Must complete a 2-hour unpaid induction and training.
Drivers must be willing to cover Class 2 shifts if needed.
Professional and flexible attitude essential.
