Are you a skilled Class 1 Driver looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Class 1 Driver to deliver building materials in the Blackburn with Darwen area. This is a fantastic chance to secure a temp to perm position with a growing company that values its drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle during night shifts.
Deliver building materials to various locations in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.
Communicate effectively with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
Valid Class 1 driving licence (C+E).
CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
A valid digital tachograph card.
Previous experience in a similar driving role, preferably in the building materials sector.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Ability to work nights and adapt to changing schedules.
