Job Description
Class 1 (HGV) Tipper Driver – Wincanton – Monday to Friday – Immediate Starts
Location: Wincanton
Pay Rate: £14.32 per hour + Time and a Half Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, average 9.5 hours per day
Start Times: Between 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to operate tipper trailers out of Wincanton. This is a great opportunity for drivers seeking steady weekday work, full training, and regular routes across the South West.
The Role
*
Driving Class 1 vehicles with tipper trailers
*
Monday to Friday, day shifts only (no nights out)
*
Average 9.5-hour shifts, with overtime available at time and a half
*
Collection & delivery runs across the South West region
*
Local & regional work – consistent and reliable assignments
Training & Certification
*
Full week’s training provided
*
MPQC Tipper Qualification included (no prior tipper experience required)
Requirements
*
Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
*
Current Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*
Positive attitude & reliable work ethic
*
Willingness to learn tipper operations
