Class 1 Drivers Needed - Join Gi Group for Morning, Afternoon & Night Shifts in Grimsby and Surronding areas! 🚛
Gi Group is recruiting Class 1 Drivers for an internationally renowned delivery company. If you're a reliable, professional driver looking for consistent shifts and competitive pay, this is the opportunity for you.
Shifts Available:
Morning , Afternoon & night starts
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Some weekend shifts available
Average shift length: 12 hours
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness
Perform trunking work to depots
Secure loads safely and efficiently
Deliver goods safely to locations across the UK
Manage workload to meet time commitments
What We're Looking For:
A positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with at least 12 months of experience
A valid CPC card and Tachograph card
No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
No DD, IN, DR, DN, or TT endorsement codes
Strong communication skills (must read, write, and speak English to adhere to health and safety requirements)
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
