Class 1 Driver
Savanna Staff Solutions are proudly supporting the Most well-known Postal service in the world driving their Big Red Trucks
We need a Class 1 Driver for different sites in Slough, Greenford, Park Royal and a possible Christmas depot over the festive period near Reading
Your Class 1 Driver Daily duties will include:
Transport of Mail on Cages (York’s) to various mail depots round the UK
Offloading of cages on loading bays
Possible trailer swaps
Possible stand by driver
To be considered for this Class 1 Driver role, you must be in the UK and have right to live and work in the UK before applying and be able to provide 5 years background checks and give permission for a DBS police check.
You will also need the following:
Current UK/Ireland HGV Cat CE Driving Licence held for minimum 12 months
Current CPC card Digi card with the knowledge of manual entry
Experience on the road - capable of passing both a driving assessment adn written test
Have no criminal record - Police DBS Checks as standard
Our client is looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join their busy team for ongoing assignments for the rest of the year and possibly into next year
