Job Description
Are you an experienced Class 1 night trunk Driver looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting position available based in Dartford for a skilled driver to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods using a curtainsider vehicle, ensuring timely and safe deliveries throughout the week. The position offers consistent evening hours, starting every day at 5pm,, allowing for a predictable work schedule.
We are offering a competitive hourly rate of £18.50, and this is an ongoing contract, providing you with job security and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class 1 curtainsider vehicle
Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
Adhere to all transport regulations and company policies
Complete delivery paperwork accurately
Maintain a high standard of professionalism while representing the company
Requirements:
Valid Class 1 driving license
Previous experience in curtainsider driving preferred
Excellent understanding of road safety and regulations
Strong communication and time-management skills
