Job Description
Seasonal bonus in place for November & December 2025.
M4 Specialist is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (CE) Drivers on behalf of our client based in Dunstable. This is a long-term opportunity offering guaranteed hours, excellent pay rates, and the potential for permanent employment within six months.
An uplift of £1 per hour throughout November & then £2 per hour in December from Standard Rates. Must complete all shifts in November & December to qualify.
Normal Rates 2025
* Day Shift - £20.56ph
* Night Shift - £22.22ph
* Overtime / Saturday - £23.88ph
* Sunday or Bank Holiday - £25.00ph
November 2025 Rates Only
* Day Shift - £21.56ph
* Night Shift - £23.22ph
* Overtime / Saturday - £24.88ph
* Sunday or Bank Holiday - £26.00ph
December 2025 Rates Only
* Day Shift - £22.56ph
* Night Shift - £24.22ph
* Overtime / Saturday - £24.88ph

Your Role:
* Safely deliver cages and totes to stores across the South of England including London
* Work alongside a Driver’s Mate to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries
* Be part of a professional, safety-focused team
Job Details:
* Start Times: 16:00-20:00, 20:00-00:00, 00:00-04:00
* Shifts: 4-5 days per week (10-12 hour shift average)
* Delivery Area: Primarily South of England, including London but our client covers the whole of the UK
Fixed 5-out-of-7 Rota Patterns Available – Guaranteed 45 hours per week with the option for overtime!
What You Need:
* Valid UK HGV Class 1 (CE) Licence, Digital Tachograph, and CPC Card
* Maximum 6 points on your licence (SP & TS offences only)
* Strong knowledge of driver hours and WTD regulations
