Job Description

The Best Connection recruiting a Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Driver for a reputable transport company based in Holywell, specialising in the delivery of insulation materials to sites across the UK. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity offering strong PAYE rates, paid nights out, and consistent tramping work.

Pay, Allowances & Holiday Pay

£17.00 per hour PAYE
£26.20 tax‑free night‑out allowance (per night)Accrued Holiday Pay

Holiday pay is built up in its own pot

Shift Pattern

Monday- Friday - Tramping role
Early starts: 04:00 - 06:00
No weekend work required

Key Responsibilities

Tramping nationwide delivering insulation materials to construction sites
Driving curtainsider trailers
Opening and closing curtains and securing loads with straps only
No handball involved
Completing delivery paperwork accurately
Ensuring loads are secured and compliant
Maintaining safe and professional driving standards
