Class 1 Drivers
Rapier Employment Ltd is hiring experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for DHL.
Location: Welham Green, Hertfordshire
Days and Nights
Shift Pattern: Friday to Tuesday or Sunday to Thursday
DAY SHIFT RATES
Basic: £21.40/hour
Overtime: £28.89/hour
Bank Holidays: £64.20/hour
Plus holiday payNIGHT SHIFT RATES
Basic: £25.32/hour
Overtime: £34.18/hour
Bank Holidays: £64.20/hour
Plus holiday pay
Requirements
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license held for at least 1 year
Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience
CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
Good knowledge of Driver Hours, Regulations, and the Working Time DirectiveYour Role
Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and professionally
Ensure timely deliveries and collections
Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks
Keep accurate delivery records and logs
Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures
Load/unload using roller cages when requiredWhat You’ll Get
