Job Description
Role Overview: Driver Hire Lincoln is seeking experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers to support general haulage operations across Lincolnshire.
Position: HGV Class 1 Driver
Location: Market Rasen, Lincolnshire
Recruiting Office: Driver Hire Lincoln
Employment Type: Temporary (ongoing and ad hoc work available)
Start Time: 06:00 daily
Pay Structure:
* £15.25 per hour for the first 8 hours
* £20.33 per hour for overtime (after 8 hours per shift)
* Weekly pay every Friday via PAY
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely transport goods to various destinations
* Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate records
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
* Follow all safety and operational procedures
Candidate Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence
* CPC qualification and digital tachograph card
* General haulage experience preferred
* Strong safety awareness and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
