Location: Newbury
Salary: Up to £18ph
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Schedule: Monday to Friday Days
Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and professional Class 1 HGV Drivers for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role offers consistent shifts and the opportunity to move into a permanent position after a successful probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles
Carry out daily vehicle checks
Complete paperwork and delivery notes accurately
Maintain professionalism and follow road safety laws
Liaise with transport staff and customers as required
Requirements:
Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Experience preferred
Good attitude, timekeeping, and communication skills
