Location: Wisbech

Salary:
* PAYE:
* Monday to Friday: £17.26/hour
* Saturday: £19.00/hour
* Sunday: £20.00/hour
* Umbrella:
* Monday to Friday: £19.60/hour
* Saturday: £21.60/hour
* Sunday: £22.70/hour
Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers based in Wisbech.
You will be delivering palletised food goods and food-grade packaging using curtain sider trailers. The role involves multidrop deliveries (1–5 drops per shift) with planned routes and full support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for regular ongoing work, with no nights out required.
Shift Details
* Early Start Days: Start times between 03:00 – 06:00 (Peak: 04:00–05:00)
* Planned shift length: 12 hours
* Afternoon Starts: Start times between 12:00 – 20:00 (Peak: 16:00–19:00)
* Planned shift length: 10 hours
* Monday to Friday as standard, with optional weekends
Requirements
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
* Minimum 2 years’ experience (insurance purposes)
* Age 25–75 preferred (insurance guidelines)
* No more than 6 points on licence
* No DD, DR, IN endorsements (case-by-case review possible)
* Must be reliable, punctual and customer-focused
