Job Description

New Resource Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver based in Gloucester.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Class 2 driver looking for a stable, full-time role with strong earning potential and excellent benefits.

You will be delivering fuel to commercial and domestic customers within approximately a 50-mile radius of Gloucester.

Job Details

  * Start time: 6:00am

  * Monday – Friday

  * Finish times vary depending on deliveries and seasonal demand

  * Saturday work required on a rota basis

  * Deliveries within approximately 50 miles of Gloucester

The Role

  * Deliver fuel safely and efficiently to customers

  * Provide a professional and friendly service

  * Complete delivery paperwork accurately

  * Carry out daily vehicle safety checks

  * Follow tachograph and working time regulations

  * Work safely in line with company procedures

  * Work outdoors in all weather conditions

What We’re Looking For

  * Class 2 (Category C) licence

  * ADR licence preferred (training may be considered for the right candidate)

  * Good understanding of tachographs and driver regulations

  * Reliable and professional attitude

  * Good customer service skills

  * Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

  * Team player with a positive attitude
