Job Description
Class 2 RORO Driver
Location: Edinburgh and surrounding areas
Pay: £14.00 – £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 | Saturday, 08:00 – 12:00
Start Date: immediate
Duration: Temporary with potential for permanent work depending on contracts
We are looking for an experienced Class 2 RORO Driver to join a scrap metal operation covering Edinburgh, the Lothians, the Scottish Borders, and the Central Belt.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver, uplift, and exchange RORO containers
* Drive safely and efficiently on local and regional routes
* Maintain accurate records and follow all transport regulations
* Ensure vehicle cleanliness and report any defects or issues
* Represent the company professionally while on customer sites
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 licence
* RORO experience preferred
* PPE provided on site
* Reliable and safety-conscious with good route knowledgeBefore You Apply
