Location: Ashford Depot, Kent
Hours: 02:00 – 12:00 Monday to Friday

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class 2 Driver to join our Ashford-based team. You will be responsible for carrying out scheduled commercial waste collections, ensuring timely and safe operation of your vehicle while maintaining excellent relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive and operate a Class 2 vehicle to complete daily commercial waste collection routes.

Carry out pre-use vehicle checks and ensure compliance with all road safety and company policies.
*
Load, transport, and unload waste containers safely and efficiently.
*
Maintain accurate records of collections, routes, and any issues encountered.
*
Communicate effectively with the transport office and customers.
*
Adhere to all driving regulations and environmental waste disposal guidelines.
Requirements:
*
Valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence.
*
Current CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
*
Previous experience in commercial waste collections or multi-drop driving preferred, but not essential.
*
Good knowledge of local routes and road networks.
*
Physically fit – the role involves manual handling.
*
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious with a professional attitude.
