Pay: £15.01 plus overtime and bank holiday rates.
48 hour week working any 5 out of 7 days.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a professional, high-quality driving experience that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Ensure Prompt and Safe Delivery: Guarantee customers receive their orders in perfect condition, on time, every time.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by delivering a friendly, positive experience, managing any questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, whether in person or over the phone.
Room to Room Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers rooms of choice, handling each item with care.
Documentation Accuracy: Complete all necessary paperwork and electronic documentation accurately and efficiently aligning with customer, company and regulatory requirements.
Health & Safety Commitment: Take responsibility for your safety and the safety or others, conducting dynamic risk assessments, following safe work practices and adhering to the Health & Safety at Work Act. Report any accidents, incidents or damage promptly.
Regulatory Compliance: Follow all driving and working time regulations to ensure full compliance.
Continuous Development Attend any relevant training to keep skills sharp and support continuous improvement efforts within the team. Experience & Qualifications
Valid Licensing: Hold an in-date valid Class 2 licence, CPC licence, and Digi Card.
Good Driving Record: Have no more than 3 points on your licence.
Professional Presentation: Maintain a smart appearance and bring excellent customer services skills with a keen eye for detail.
Flexibility & Punctuality: Show flexibility in shifts and duties with reliable timekeeping.
Time- Critical Service: Provide efficient, on-time delivery service, meeting targets agreed upon by both the customer and the client.
Experience behind the Wheel: Previous retail or commercial driving experience is preferred, and multi-drop experience is an advantage.
Physical Capability: Due to the nature of the role, heavy lifting is required daily. You'll handle bulky items such as washing machines, kitchen units, and worktops as part of a two-person team.Benefit We Offer:
