Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Class 2 Driver to work for our client in Warrington, focusing on multi-drop food deliveries.
Temp to Perm - class 2 driver opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
* Multi drop experience - ideally within the food industry
* Ability to pick products/orders on the rear of the vehicle as part of the delivery process
* Applicants must physically fit due to the demands of the role - which includes handball, sack truck, roll cage and pallet truck usage
* You will be up and down steps - carrying stock into kitchens / customer premises
* High level of customer service required and the ability to deal with customer issues as they arise
* Must be able to deal with lots of paperwork/invoices
Monday to Friday - must be able to work on Saturday as and when required.
Start times - 04.00 and 06.00
Pay rates PAYE:
* £18.00/h
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 (cat C) driving license, CPC and Tacho card.
* Minimum 6 months driving experience required
* Proven experience in multi-drop deliveries.
* A clean driving record with no major endorsements.
* Good physical fitness, capable of handling manual loading and unloading tasks.
* Flexibility to work on Saturday when required
