Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
Pay Rate: £15.31 per hour (Overtime after 48 hours paid at £22.97 per hour)

Join Our Team as a Class 2 Driver in Tamworth

Are you looking for steady, well-paid Class 2 Driver work in Tamworth with reliable hours and a supportive transport team? We're recruiting Class 2 Drivers for immediate starts on a long-term, ongoing contract.

This is a full-time Class 2 Driver role offering consistent, year-round work. As a Class 2 Driver, you'll be delivering to residential addresses alongside a driver's mate, providing a professional and friendly service on every shift.

Newly qualified Class 2 Drivers are welcome to apply – full training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  * Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle on multi-drop delivery routes.

  * Work with a driver's mate to complete residential deliveries.

  * Carry out manual handling (handballing) safely and efficiently.

  * Complete a simple driving assessment and Highway Code test before starting.

  * Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high safety standards.

  * Accurately complete delivery paperwork and records.

Requirements

  * Full UK driving licence with Class 2 (Category C) entitlement.

  * Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

  * Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.

  * Able to pass a client driving assessment.

  * Must meet insurance requirements.

  * Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
