Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm
Location: Halifax
Rate of Pay: £15.29 per hour
Hours: 6:30am starts, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Occasional Night Shift: Up to 20 nights per year (holiday cover) - Rate of pay will increase
We are currently recruiting a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join one of the UK’s leading manufacturers. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Driving Class 2 vehicles for deliveries and collections
* Loading and unloading goods (manual handling involved)
* Supporting warehouse operations as needed
* Covering occasional night shifts (up to 20 per year for holiday cover)
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
* Valid CPC certification
* FLT licence (does not need to be in date)
* Good punctuality and reliability
* Willingness to be flexible with occasional night shift work
