Job Description
Job Title: HGV Class 2 Multidrop Driver
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Employment Type: Permanent Contract
Working Hours: 4 on 2 off rota, (Apply online only) or(Apply online only) starts (possible earlier starts available)
Salary: £33,655 pa, OT at £23.11ph paid after 42hrs worked per week, achievable £3k per year bonus
MDE Group UK LTD are recruiting for HGV Class 2 Multidrop Drivers to join our clients established team based in the Yeovil area.
Job Description:
Class 2 multidrop delivery and collections
Handball of bags or cages
4-8 drops/collections per day
Some routes will be distance with fewer drops
4 on 2 off rota
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of tacho use and working time
Daily vehicle checks ensuring any issues are reported immediately.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Good manual handling experience and be prepared for the manual aspect of the role.
Applicants will be subject to D&A testing as part of recruitment.
Applicants must be within a 45 min drive of the depot
Qualifications
UK HGV Class 2 licence
Newly qualified welcome
Max 6 points with no major endorsements (DD/DG/DR/IN/TT/CD/UT)
Valid Tacho
Valid CPC

OT payable after 42hrs weekly at £23.11ph
Permanent role
26.5 days holiday per year (pro rata)
