InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join a leading UK metal stockholder based in North Birmingham. They produce various metals including aluminium, steel, titanium, nickel, alloy, and hi-tech metals.
This role is Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm, and you will be doing a maximum of 6-8 local drops per day, or a long-distance drop to Manchester or London.
It’s a 12-week temp to perm role, you must be over 25 and have at least 2 years Class 2 driving experience.
Duties of the Class 2 Driver will include:
Driving a Class 2 vehicle
Undertaking 6-8 local drops per day or a long-distance drop to Manchester or London
Delivering metal and aluminium products to clients and the other companies’ sites
Providing a high level of customer service
English must be spoken and written
The ideal Class 2 Driver will have:
An in-date Class 2 licence
At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role
Over 25 years old for insurance purposes
Be available immediately
The salary for the Class 2 Driver will be £13.00 per hour
