HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver
Newport | £15 - £21 PAYE | Full time | Temp to Perm | Immediate Start
Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for a full-time, long-term opportunity in the Newport area? Join a well-established local business through Acorn by Synergie - a preferred supplier - and enjoy stable working hours, great pay, and the potential to secure a permanent role.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for making 5-8 multi-drop deliveries per day across South Wales. This is a full-time, day-shift role, starting at 6:30am Monday to Friday, with guaranteed minimum hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and operate a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle safely and efficiently.
Complete timely and accurate deliveries to customers across the South Wales region.
Follow all road transport regulations and company procedures.
Ensure vehicle checks are carried out daily and report any faults.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence with Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement.
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery role preferred.
A flexible, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
Pay Rates:
£15 - £21 PAYE.
£18 - £23 Umbrella PAYE.
Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per shift.
