Location: Taunton
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Schedule: No weekends, no overnight stays
Job Overview:We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values a healthy work-life balance, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule and no overnight stays or weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle for local and regional deliveries.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and clients.
Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects or issues.
Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Comply with all road transport and working time regulations.
Assist with loading and unloading when required.Requirements:
Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
Proven experience in a similar driving role.
Good geographical knowledge of the Taunton and surrounding areas.
Strong communication and time management skills.
A professional and courteous approach.Benefits:
