Class 2 Refuse Driver -! NEW PASSES WELCOME!
Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to join a leading recycling and waste management company? Our client, based in Pershore, is actively seeking Class 2 Refuse Drivers for temporary-to-permanent positions. Whether you're an experienced driver or a new pass looking to start your career, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a Class 2 refuse vehicle, collecting bins across a variety of locations.
* New pass drivers are welcome! Full support and training are provided to ensure your success.
* Complete pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle, checking tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls to ensure everything is in optimal working condition.
* Report any safety concerns using standard reporting procedures.
* Assist with loading bins onto the vehicle where it is appropriate and safe.
* Maintain high productivity standards to ensure customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of yourself and others.
What We’re Looking For:
* A valid Class 2 licence.
* Current CPC and Digicard.
* New pass drivers are encouraged to apply – no previous refuse experience required.
* A clean driving record with verifiable references.
Hourly Rate & Working Hours:
* £13.39 per hour.
* Start time between 04:00 - 06:00, and work until the run is complete (Monday to Friday).
