Class 2 Driver - Roll on Roll Off
* Days: Monday to Friday & some weekends
* Start Time: 6:00 - 15.30
* Shift Length: Minimum 8 hours per day
* Pay Rate: £14.00-£21.00 per hour
* Roll on Roll off experience an advantage
* Temp to Perm
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for safely operating a roll-off lorry, transporting waste and materials to and from designated locations.
This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage various delivery tasks efficiently.
Duties
* Operate a roll-off lorry to transport waste materials and containers to specified sites.
* Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials, adhering to all safety protocols.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
* Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months’ experience driving tippers
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
* No DR, DD, or IN endorsements
* Maximum of 6 penalty pointsBefore You Apply
