Pure Staff are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Grab Truck Driver to join a trusted client in the Telford area. This role involves operating tipper vehicles and using a clamshell grab crane to offload aggregate and similar materials. Immediate starts available for the right candidate.
💼 What's on Offer:
£17.00 per hour + holiday pay
Ongoing, full-time work Monday to Friday
Early start times (typically between 06:00 - 07:00)
Weekly pay every Friday
Modern, well-maintained fleet
Long-term opportunity with consistent work
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Driving Class 2 tipper vehicles across sites in the region
Operating mounted clamshell grab crane to offload materials safely
Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring vehicle cleanliness
Completing any required paperwork for deliveries and collections
Following all site safety rules and traffic procedures
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
HIAB certification with grab attachment experience
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 2 years' experience on Class 2 licence
Minimum age: 30 (insurance purposes)
No more than 3 penalty points on licence (no DR, IN, or DD endorsements)
Punctual, professional, and safety-conscious
Confident operating tipper/grab vehicles
Able to start immediately
