Job Description
CLASS 2 HGV DRIVER (BIRMINGHAM) LGV C
~ Permanent Work ~ Mon-Fri ~ Immediate Start ~
Location: Birmingham, B7, West Midlands
Class 2 HGV Driver Salary:
• £14.50 Per Hour Basic
• £21.75 Per Hour (Over-time paid 43 hours onwards.
Class 2 HGV Driver Job role:
• Class 2 HGV Delivery Role.
• Deliveries of metal products.
• No Handball.
• Class 2 HGV Drivers will need to ensure the load is safely fastened down at all times.
• Items unloaded by customers via cranes/FLTs. (Driver mainly just drives the vehicle)
• Full Time Permanent Role.
Class 2 HGV Driver Shift pattern & start times:
• Monday to Friday.
• 06:30 - 07:00 Start Times.
What we are looking for:
• Driver must have valid HGV Class 2/Category LGV C Driving licence
• 1 Years minimum class 2 driving experience.
• Must have valid in-date CPC & Digi cards
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must work well with others and as an individual
• No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no DR/DD/BA offences)
