Class 2 HIAB Driver
Location: Edinburgh
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver to join clients our busy team in Edinburgh. This is a permanent, full-time position offering stable employment, competitive pay, and excellent working conditions. Salary and Benefits

Basic salary of £37,000 per year
*
Performance-related bonus of up to £2,000 annually
*
30 days holiday per year (including public holidays)
*
2-week shutdown over Christmas
*

Working Hours
*
Monday to Friday: 07:30 to 17:00
*
Every second Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00
Key Responsibilities
*
Operating Class 2 HIAB vehicles to deliver goods safely and on time
*
Carrying out multi-drop deliveries (typically 3–12 per shift)
*
Delivering building and construction materials to local sites
*
Using HIAB crane equipment (including remote control where applicable)
*
Completing vehicle safety checks and maintaining accurate delivery records
*
Ensuring compliance with all driving regulations and health and safety policies
*
Representing the company professionally when interacting with customers
Requirements
*
Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
*
HIAB certification (brick grab and remote preferred)
*
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
*
Previous multi-drop delivery experience is beneficial
*
Strong awareness of safety, excellent time management, and a professional attitude
