Location: Coventry and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £17 per hour
Job Type: Ongoing work
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM till finish
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 HIAB/Remote Grab Drivers to join one of our Clients in Coventry/Nuneaton/Bedworth. Regular ongoing work
As a Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for carrying out 3-4 drops per day, delivering goods safely and efficiently using a HIAB vehicle. The ideal candidate will have the necessary qualifications and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle for deliveries.
Involves using a remote-controlled crane attachment
Perform 3-4 drops per day, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Load and unload goods using the HIAB crane, adhering to all safety protocols.
Perform daily vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is maintained to a high standard. Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service with professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Valid Class 2 C/HGV driving licence. CPC qualification (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence). Digi card (Digital Tachograph card).
HIAB Licence
Clean driving record with no major endorsements.
Previous experience operating a HIAB vehicle
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious approach to work.
