Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire
Position Type: Temporary (up to 6 weeks, potential for permanent)
Salary: £15.50 per hour
Hours: 48 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Join a well-established recycling company dedicated to sustainability and responsible waste management in Halifax, West Yorkshire. We are seeking a skilled Class 2 Driver to help us in our mission to create a cleaner environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate either a hook loader or recycling wagon safely and efficiently.
* Ensure timely collection and delivery of recyclable materials.
* Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
* Valid Class 2 driving license.
* Previous experience driving a hook loader or recycling wagon is preferred.
* Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
