Job Description

Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (CAT C) MOFFETT Drivers, for our client, a building materials supplier in Harmondsworth UB7
This role is on a temporary adhoc basis – shifts are not always guaranteed
PAYE £23 p/h (holiday pay included)
Monday to Friday 6am starts
Duties of a Class 2 MOFFETT Driver:
  * Drive Class 2 vehicles to deliver plasterboard and insulation to customers
  * Transport materials safely and efficiently from branch locations to customer sites
  * Operate a MOFFETT forklift to load and unload deliveries
  * Ensure all loads are secured and handled in line with health and safety procedures
  * Provide a professional and reliable delivery service to customers
  * Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate delivery documentation
  * Represent the company positively while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements of a Class 2 MOFFETT Driver:
  * Valid UK Driving licence with Class 2 category
  * Valid CPC and TACHO card
  * MOFFETT Certification
  * 1 years+ experience in a Class 2 MOFFETT role
  * Age 25+ years (insurance purposes)
  * Excellent verbal and written English skills to interact with customers and team members
  * Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards
