Job Title: Class 2 Night Driver (HGV Class 2) - Temp to Perm

Location: Wythenshawe
Job Type: Agency - Temp to Perm
Shift: Night Shift

Salary: £37,700 PA Overtime after 50 Hours and weekend work £18 Per hour 
Benefits: Paid breaks + overtime paid after 50 hours

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Class 2 Night Driver based in Wythenshawe. This is an agency position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for completing night-time deliveries and collections, ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle during night shifts

Complete scheduled deliveries and collections

Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects

Ensure loads are secured correctly and transported safely

Complete delivery paperwork accurately

Follow all driving regulations and health & safety procedures

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

Valid Driver CPC qualification

Digital tachograph card

Good knowledge of UK road networks

Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts

Desirable:

Previous multi-drop delivery experience

Good communication and customer service skills
