Class 2 Removals Driver - £16.50 p/h - Full-Time - Immediate Start
Location: Crawley (RH10)
Salary: £16.50 per hour + paid overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends/overtime available)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About Us
We are a well-established removals and logistics company with a reputation for delivering reliable, professional services across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Class 2 Removals Driver to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced drivers and newly qualified drivers looking to gain experience in a professional and rewarding role.
The Role
As a Class 2 Driver, you'll lead household and commercial removals, working as part of a two-person crew (always with a porter or second driver). You'll typically complete one job per day, starting from 7am, with a mix of local and long-distance work.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle to and from customer sites
Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading goods with care
Supervising porters when required
Completing delivery paperwork accurately
Providing excellent customer service at every stage
What We're Looking For
Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Physically fit and confident with manual handling
Positive, professional, and reliable attitude
Good communication and customer service skills
Removals experience preferred but not essential - full training provided
