Job Description
Apex Resources are currently seeking a Class 2 Skip Driver based in Edinburgh for a temp-to-perm opportunity.
Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply!
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Pay: £14.04 per hour + overtime rates
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend all required training sessions and follow instructions provided
* Complete and record daily vehicle safety checks
* Deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner
* Keep the vehicle and work area clean and tidy
* Work cooperatively with management and team members
* Strictly follow all site health and safety procedures
* Carry out additional duties as required
Requirements:
* Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence
* Driver CPC qualification
* Valid Digital Tachograph Card
* Strong team player with a positive attitude
* Polite and professional when interacting with customers
* Willingness to start early and occasionally work weekends
Additional Opportunities:
Successful candidates may receive further training in other Class 2 roles, including Tipper and HIAB operations.
