Job Description
Apex Resources looking for experienced and reliable Class 2 Tanker Drivers for our client in Renfrewshire on a temporary ad hoc basis. If you take pride in safe driving, professional service, and working independently—this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Safely operate a Class 2 tanker vehicle to transport liquid/bulk goods.
*
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and/or depots.
*
Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure cleanliness/maintenance.
*
Comply with all transport laws and company policies.
*
Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
Requirements:
*
Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
*
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
*
Previous tanker driving experience preferred (ADR not required)
*
Strong understanding of driver hours and road safety regulations.
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
