Job Description
HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver – Cardiff, South Wales

Consistent Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30 starts, average 10-hour days
Ongoing Work: Long-term temp with regular shifts
Full Support: At least 2 shadow shifts with an experienced driver before going solo
Local Routes: Deliveries and collections within the CF postcode area (no long-haul)
The Role
MDE Group UK LTD are recruiting an HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver for our established client in Cardiff. You’ll be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of soil and aggregates, ensuring excellent service for customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
Operate your vehicle safely and efficiently, complying with tacho and working time regulations
Deliver and collect materials within the CF area
Provide excellent customer service on every job
What We’re Looking For
✅ UK HGV Class 2 Licence – minimum 2 years’ experience
✅ Valid CPC & Tacho Card
✅ Maximum 6 points (no major endorsements: DD/DG/DR/IN/TT/CD/UT)
✅ Previous tipper experience preferred, but support given
