Job Description
Our client is expanding it's driving team and looking for experienced and reliable Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join their growing operation.
You’ll be part of a professional, safety-focused team that values reliability, high standards, and great customer service.
Shift Pattern:
5 on / 3 off – Day Shift
Enjoy a consistent rota that offers stability and an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) HGV vehicles for scheduled deliveries and collections
Carry out general haulage and retail store deliveries
Ensure timely and accurate transportation of goods
Complete all delivery documentation and digital logs accurately
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service
Requirements:
Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 2 years’ HGV Class 1 driving experience preferred (not essential)
Curtainsider and general haulage experience desirable
Understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations
A flexible, can-do attitude and a commitment to safetyBefore You Apply
