Primary Teacher - Watford / Three Rivers
Start date: September 2025
Salary: Main Pay Scale + fringe allowance (TLR Available for right candidate)
Location: Watford / Three Rivers, Hertfordshire
Contract: Full-time, long-term (with potential for permanent)
Looking for a fresh start in a genuinely supportive school? This is a well-connected school in the Watford area with a great reputation and strong leadership. The team are friendly, behaviour is well-managed, and the school gets regular praise for its inclusive ethos.
You'll be teaching a mixed-ability class in either KS1 or KS2 (year group to suit), with full PPA time and plenty of support from experienced TAs. Planning is shared across the year group, and there's good CPD in place - particularly helpful if you're early in your career or returning to the classroom.
What we're looking for:
QTS and recent experience teaching in a UK primary
A calm, consistent classroom presence
Confidence planning for all abilities and supporting children with additional needs
The school is easy to reach from most of West Herts and North London by train, bus or car. If you're local to Watford, Croxley, Bushey or Rickmansworth, even better.
