We have an exciting opportunity for a Class Teacher to join a 3 form entry primary school. The role is available from September or as soon as thereafter. The role is suitable for ECTs as well as experienced candidates.
·Permanent Teaching Position
·School that supports well-being of teachers
·Teacher workload is a high priority with teachers able to take one day every two weeks at home for PPA
·Main Pay scale (MPS only)
·Excellent Support available for ECTs
·At present, no TLR opportunities but this may change down the line
·3 form entry primary school

Starting in September or as soon as possible thereafter, this permanent teaching post is open to both Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners. Teacher workload is taken seriously here, with a unique initiative allowing staff to take one day every two weeks at home for PPA. The school offers excellent induction and mentoring for ECTs, ensuring new teachers are set up for success. While there are currently no TLRs available, leadership is keen to develop internal talent and this could evolve over time.
