Do you want to make a real difference in young people’s lives? Are you passionate about teaching in a way that puts students at the centre of everything you do? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re looking for teachers who bring passion, creativity, and care to their work. Here’s what we’re looking for:
✨ Inspiring & Engaging – You can spark curiosity, motivate learners, and help them reach their potential, both inside and outside the classroom.
Caring & Supportive – You genuinely want to make a positive impact on young people’s lives.

Experience – Some school experience is ideal, with secondary teaching experience as a real bonus.
✏️ Subject Knowledge – Confident in English, Maths, and Science (grade 4/C or above).
Understanding – Awareness of alternative provision and supporting students with SEND.
Problem-Solver – Quick thinking and effective decision-making skills.
Great Communicator – Professional, approachable, and clear with both students and staff.
Values-Driven – You believe in equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
⏰ Organised & Reliable – Strong time management to balance planning, teaching, and assessment.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to welcome you to our team and support you in shaping brighter futures.
