Job Description

Job Title: Class Teacher – Special Educational Needs (SEND) Pay Rate: £32,916 – £45,352 per annum (MPS/UPS) Location: Stratford-upon-Avon Hours: Full-time Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Class Teacher to join a dedicated team within a special school in Stratford-upon-Avon. The school caters for pupils aged 3–19 with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including complex needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and non-verbal communication. The school provides a nurturing, inclusive environment built on high expectations, mutual respect, and individuality. Pupils are supported to develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills, preparing them for adulthood. The school is part of a small, ambitious Multi Academy Trust that values collaboration and shared expertise across its schools.
