Job Title: Class 2 Driver (Permanent Position)
📍 Location: B37
🕕 Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am start
💰 Pay: £14.95 per hour for the first 8 hours per day, £22.20 per hour overtime thereafter
📅 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Class 2 Driver to join our long term client in B37 on a permanent basis. This role offers consistent weekday work with early starts and long-distance driving. Delivery volumes may vary each day, so flexibility is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out deliveries across the UK (long-distance driving involved)
Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently
Ensuring loads are secure and transported correctly
Completing paperwork and following company compliance procedures
Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defectsRequirements:
Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
Good communication and time management skills
Willingness to work varied delivery schedules and long-distance routesWhat We Offer:
