A respected family-run business is seeking a Classic Car Technician to join its workshop team. Offering a salary up to £45,000, steady hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, free onsite parking, family business benefits, and 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of specialist projects.
Working on classic cars within a supportive team, you’ll enjoy a workshop environment that values craftsmanship over rushed turnaround.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading on mechanical work across a range of vehicles, with emphasis on classic models
* Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to the highest standards
* Overseeing and supporting junior technicians where required
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently within agreed timescales
* Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ motor trade experience with strong mechanical knowledge
* Background in classic cars is advantageous but not essential
* Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
* Ability to work independently with precision and care
* Strong commitment to quality workmanship and detail
Salary and Benefits
* £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary
* Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
* 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
