Simply Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming specialist school in Surrey for compassionate and enthusiastic Classroom Assistants. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to support children aged 6-11 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and communication needs while building a rewarding career with excellent training and progression.

The Role

As a Classroom Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and therapists to help pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally. You'll build positive relationships, encourage independence, and adapt your support to meet each child's individual needs. Full training, including physical intervention where required, is provided.

We're looking for:

GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
A patient, caring and resilient approach
Experience supporting children with additional needs
