Teaching Assistant – Primary School

Salary: £89 per day, paid weekly

The Role:
* As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learning and development throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting a wide range of students across various year groups
* Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
* Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and social/emotional challenges
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Supervising students during breaks, activities, and transitions
* Promoting pupil engagement, independence, and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Essential Requirements:
* Passion for supporting and empowering young learners
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff
* A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
