Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate, flexible, and proactive Teaching for day-to-day supply roles in primary schools across East London. Whether you're an experienced TA or recently qualified, this is an excellent opportunity to work in diverse, rewarding school environments that value support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils across all key stages.
Offer 1:1 or small group intervention support.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour.
Help prepare resources and support learning activities.
Support pupils with additional learning needs if required.
Supervise during break and lunch times when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months classroom experience as a Teaching Assistant.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable.
Foster a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
Prepare learning materials and help set up classroom activities.
