We're currently recruiting Classroom Assistants to join our team, working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in North West London.

Your Role:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, lessons.
Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils needing additional guidance.
Help manage classroom behaviour and routines.
Assist with preparation of materials and classroom displays.
Encourage positive relationships and emotional wellbeing.
About You:
Experience working with children in a school environment.
A calm, caring and proactive approach.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
