Role:
Flexible full-time or part-time Classroom Supervisor roles starting September 2025
Supervising lessons during teacher absence, ensuring students stay on task
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Supporting students with their work when required
Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour
Requirements
The successful Classroom Supervisor will have;
Previous experience working with young people is desirable
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A calm and flexible approach
A genuine interest in education and supporting secondary students
Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
