Teaching Assistants | Cover Supervisors | Unqualified Teachers | Tutors | Lecturers
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Temp-to-Perm | KS1 – KS4
Smile Education is working in partnership with a wide range of schools across Redditch to recruit support staff and classroom leaders for the new academic year starting September 2025. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact in the classroom.
Opportunities Available:
Teaching Assistants (TA / SEN TA / 1:1 Support)
Cover Supervisors (ideal for graduates or aspiring teachers)
Unqualified Teachers with classroom experience
Tutors and Lecturers with subject specialism (KS3/KS4)
Behaviour Mentors and Intervention SpecialistsAbout the Roles:
Roles available across First, Middle, and High Schools (KS1 – KS4)
Full-time, part-time, and flexible working options
Short-term, long-term, and temp-to-perm contracts available
Opportunities for progression into teacher training or permanent rolesIdeal Candidates Will Have:
Previous experience working with children or young people (in school, tutoring, youth work, or similar)
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
